Made in the same way as Champagne. This Crémant is from the Loire Valley and so is made from the areas prevalent Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc grapes.
The grapes are hand-harvested. A slow, cool fermentation is followed by three years of ageing on the lees, resulting in a creamy texture and refined character.
Perfect for any occasion, delicious with creamy cheeses.
