We send all of our gift vouchers free of charge by royal mail second class post. Please allow 5-7 working days for them to arrive. If you need your gift voucher quicker please call and a member of the team will be able to advise.
Standard delivery - £5.00
Heavy item delivery / small furniture delivery - £15.00
Large furniture delivery (pallet) - £140.00
Gift Vouchers - free of charge
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can return it within 14 days, in its original packaging along with proof of purchase, either in-store or by post and we will arrange a full refund. For online deliveries, this would be 14 days from receipt of the item. The item must be unused.
Your purchase can still be returned within 21 days either in-store or by post and we will issue you with a credit note. Again the item must still have its original packaging and proof of purchase.
Products that can't be returned are:
Return postage is paid by the sender.
If your items is faulty, please notify us in person or by email (include picture in email where possible).
Once we have received your items it will be looked at, and you will be notified that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.
Once your return if approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment and you will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your card provider.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a digital pink up with our online shop & loyalty card. Please add your card number into the notes box at check out an we will add your points on for you.
