To create this bar, we’ve teamed up with Ujamaa Spice, a fantastic company based right right here in Scotland who are on a mission to make the spice trade ethical and sustainable. By trading directly with farmers in Zanzibar, Ujamaa ensure their spices are fresh and delicious but most importantly, that they come from a responsible, sustainable source and that the people who grew them receive a fair trade. We’ve used Grandmother Bibi’s Chai for this bar.
