This hot chocolate is made using our award-winning Madagascan bean to bar chocolate, shaved into perfectly formed flakes. It is a beautifully balanced hot chocolate. Rich in deep chocolate tones and bursting with taste notes of red berries and maple syrup – blending well with both cows milk and alternatives. 

Saucepan: Add 150ml of milk to a saucepan with 30g of chocolate. Mix with a handheld whisk until all the chocolate is melted. Continue to heat until warmed through - make sure not to simmer or overheat. 

Microwave: Add 150ml of milk to mug, microwave for 1 minute, add 30g of chocolate and whisk. (do not microwave with the chocolate on top of the milk as it can burn the chocolate). 

Velvetiser: You can also make our hot chocolate with a milk frother. Our hot chocolate flakes work perfectly with the Hotel Chocolat velvetiser.
