FAQ's

Changing your mind

Please return your purchased item/items to us within 7 days either instore or by post for a full refund.

Please return your purchased item/items to us within 21 days either instore for a credit note.

To be eligible for a return, your item/ items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please note that greeting cards, earrings, cosmetics, food items are all non-returnable unless faulty.

 

Receiving a faulty item

If your item is faulty, please notify us via person or email (include pictures in email where possible).

Once we have received your item it will be inspected and you will be notified that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved we will initiate a full refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and you will received the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card provider.

 

Please note all sale items are non-refundable.

    Shipping

    • Orders are shipped by Royal Mail, using the Royal Mail Signed For® service
    • Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
    • If you wish to collect one item (eg. an Afternoon Tea) and you wish for another item to be delivered, you will need to place separate orders.

    Loyalty points

    • As our online shop using a different till system than that at our physical location, we are unable to offer customer loyalty points on purchases made on this site.
