Care Instructions: Hand wash with mild detergent and warm water. Avoid boiling water and dishwashers, as high heat can cause the wood to crack. Dry immediately with a towel after washing and condition monthly with food-safe mineral oil (olive oil works well) to maintain its natural finish.
