Our Perthshire Roast is a dark roasted, full flavoured blend of coffee from Ethiopia, Indonesia and Brazil. 

We combine a darkly roasted full-bodied Indonesian with a smooth and chocolatey coffee from Brazil and a Ethiopian with it's bright acidity, to produce a darker roasted coffee with complex flavours.

Little Birdie Coffee is a multi-award winning small coffee roasting company based in rural Perthshire.

Little Birdie's coffee journey started in Papua New Guinea, where their founder was fortunate enough to travel to and access fresh coffee beans for the first time. During these travels she began exploring roasting coffee on the stovetop which left her with a fascination for the roasting process.
Little Birdie sources the best coffee from around the world and hand roast them in small batches in their roastery. Small batch roasting allows them to pay close attention to all aspects of the process and highlight the uniqueness of every bean while ensuring the highest quality and flavour.
