The Borsari panettone has a creamy rich limoncello cream running throughout and has the addition of candid lemon peel to give a zingy flavour. It has been proved very slowly to ensure that the mix is very light and fluffy. The panettone is cooled upside down to create a dome and air bubbles in the mix.
